Network Leadership
We like to say, in order to make God’s Dream Work, it requires Team Work, within the structure of a Network. Being a Network Leader is like being on a coaching staff. Coaches set the tone, recruit players, and bind the team for success.

Network Leader Community
If Network Leaders are like coaches, then coaches need other coaches to be better coaches.
One important part of being a network leader is developing connections with other network leaders. Leading a network is a craft and we need to each other to get better at it.
We currently build community through an annual network leaders’ retreat in the spring, coming together annually at Summit in the fall, and encouraging network leaders to meet one-on-one.
As Unify Dayton matures, we will strengthen this community of Network Leaders more. We need to find people who want to care for, gather, and connect Network Leaders.
